Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily production schedule execution to ensure it's manufactured in compliance with customer and company specifications.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement Process throughout the facility.
  • Foster a Quality of Work Life for all employees.
  • Ensure required documentation for production records is completed according to company policies.
  • Train line leads and line employees on Rules and Regulations, Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and Job Expectations.
  • Resolve employee issues through the grievance process, recommending Recognitions, Promotions, or disciplinary actions based on Employee performance.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent (GED), College degree preferred.
  • 1 year Food Manufacturing experience required.
  • 2 years Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar systems.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Speak, read, and write English (Spanish a plus).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Effective Communication Skills (directing English, Spanish, and Asian speaking employees).
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery and equipment.
  • Ability to document and measure results.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others.
  • Teamwork building skills.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Ability to follow procedures.
Compensation Package

In accordance with state law, the estimated base compensation for this role ranges from $64,313.30 to $87,012.11 per year, depending on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
