The Client Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client service by executing transactions and tasks essential to managing efficient insurance, benefit, and/or risk management programs.

Key responsibilities include executing policy and plan changes, providing evidence of insurance, and creating proposals that showcase complex programs in a clear and comparative format for clients.

The Client Service Representative works closely with the account servicing team to answer questions, access resources, place coverage, and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

Delivering Exceptional Client Service

  • Supports Account Managers, Producers, and other internal department members to execute MMA Midwest's service strategy for each client.
  • Processes plan changes, ensuring consistency and documenting in the appropriate system.
  • Builds personalized client relationships through demonstrated understanding of the service plan and multiple channels of communication.
  • Works with internal departments to ensure cohesiveness and timeliness of service execution.
  • Manages time effectively to prioritize workload, client service requests, and service parameters on business processes.

Maintaining Data and Process Integrity

  • Maintains accurate and complete client data in agency management systems, including policy detail, activities, and attachments.
  • Consistently achieves data integrity and meets activity timeliness, quality metrics, and goals.
  • Follows processes and procedures in servicing workflow, maintaining clear documentation of client and carrier conversations.
  • Develops successful working relationships with Producers, Account Executives, Account Managers, and other internal departments.
