Job Title: Clinical Supervisor for Speech Therapy Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor for Speech Therapy Team to join our team at BY YOUR SIDE-Autism Therapy Services. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

**About the Job:**
The Clinical Supervisor for Speech Therapy Team will be responsible for leading a team of speech therapists in providing high-quality care to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, as well as participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead a team of speech therapists in delivering evidence-based interventions for children with ASD.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress, including clinical notes, assessments, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in speech therapy and autism treatment.


**Requirements:**
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Licensed Speech Therapist (LSVT) with minimum 2 years experience working with children with ASD.
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


**Salary:** $80,000 - $84,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
