Freight Transport Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Box Truck Driver to join our team at Parts Authority, a leading national distributor of automotive replacement parts. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to customers and businesses across the country.
With a focus on timely delivery and exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the parts they need when they need them. If you have a strong commitment to safety and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
- Monitor vehicle performance and take corrective action as needed to maintain optimal operating conditions.
- Collaborate with dispatchers to plan efficient routes, manage schedules, and meet customer expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service, address concerns, and handle complaints professionally.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A current, valid driver's license.
- A minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class C Bobtail truck driving experience.
- The ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with prolonged sitting.
- A valid automobile insurance policy with your name listed as the insured.
- Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
