Overview

Our Development Manager will play a pivotal role in generating revenue through our Go Red for Women fundraising campaign, leveraging corporate sponsorships, individual donor cultivation, and volunteer engagement to achieve bold fundraising goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure local corporate sponsorships and individual donations
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and donors
  • Develop and present proposals to secure revenue and volunteer engagement
  • Recruit and manage executive volunteer leadership, volunteer committees, and day-of-the-event volunteers
  • Coordinate event auctions and lead committees to solicit auction items and prepare packages

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or equivalent
  • Ability to travel locally up to 75%
  • Basic knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office
