Job Title: Radiology Technologist

Job Summary: Winston Staffing Services is seeking experienced Radiology Technologists to perform diagnostic imaging examinations and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiologic examinations as ordered by physicians, ensuring high-quality imaging results.
  • Properly position patients and operate radiographic equipment to capture accurate images.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff.
  • Maintain and operate radiologic equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
  • Accurately document patient records and imaging reports.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to review and discuss imaging results.
  • Provide compassionate care and clear instructions to patients during imaging procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiography Technologist program.
  • Certified and Registered in Radiologic Technology (ARRT certification).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
  • Minimum Licensing Requirements New York State License (L.R.T.) o NY State IV Certification
  • Proficiency in operating radiographic equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Strong understanding of radiographic techniques, positioning, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records and reports
