About the Role

Bath Planet is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Home Remodeling Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners and delivering our proprietary sales presentation on an iPad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of our comprehensive sales presentation to homeowners, showcasing our innovative bath remodeling solutions.
  • Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to ensure excellence in product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Design and installation of new baths using our proprietary iPad software.
  • Daily sales and closing of deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise, effectively communicating value to customers.
  • Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline, with a natural talent for building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000 per year, plus uncapped commissions and benefits.
