About the Role
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service to families in need? We are seeking a hardworking and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team in Kansas City, MO. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with bioremediation projects, supervising job completion, estimating project scopes, and handling necessary paperwork.

About You
We are looking for an individual with 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field. Your strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate and sell tailored scopes of work to clients. Additionally, your ability to lift up to 50lbs and handle physically demanding tasks will be essential for this role.

What We Offer
As a Field Supervisor at Aftermath Services, you can expect a competitive salary of $30-36 per hour, depending on experience. Our hybrid pay structure ensures that your total earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen dollars per hour.
