Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Expeditor to join our Hannaford To Go team. As a customer service liaison, you will be the voice and face of our department, ensuring a positive experience for every customer through accurate and fast orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and prioritize shop and pickup processes
  • Conduct order reviews and check code dates and fresh product quality
  • Count parcels to ensure accuracy and stage orders for consolidation
  • Setup shopper carts and partner with department leaders to ensure proper handling of prepared items
  • Dispense pickup and delivery orders to customers and last-mile delivery drivers
  • Monitor and manage last-mile delivery and Flybuy orders through applicable dashboards
  • Answer phone calls to address customer questions and arrivals
  • Adhere to order wait time and completeness goals
  • Handle cash pickups and change orders as requested

Requirements:

  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet minimum age requirements (18 years old)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
  • Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions while standing/walking
  • Ability to lift products weighing up to 15 pounds continuously
