We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team in an inpatient setting at One Behavioral, located in San Antonio, Texas.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in child and adolescent psychiatry (preferred). The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Texas and have the ability to integrate well with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

This position includes working in an inpatient setting, treating patients across the lifespan, with a focus on children and adolescents. Bi-monthly team meetings with supervising physicians and bi-monthly Continuing Education Symposiums with peer providers and supervisors will be required. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health services, including therapy, medication management, and psychological testing.

  • A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year
