Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
  1. Bake all the fresh bread and pastries needed for our cafe each day.
  2. Maintain our high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients.
  3. Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
  4. Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust.
  5. Step in and support your manager and team.
Requirements:
  1. Lovely baking skills, even if you're a beginner. (4 weeks of training provided)
  2. Enjoy working both alone and with a team.
  3. A self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
  4. Liking the hustle and bustle of the hospitality industry.
  5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  6. Commitment to food safety and health safety.
  7. Age 18 or older.
  8. Passion for our Guiding Values and Behaviors.
