Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care and support to individuals with compassion and empathy.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Planning and facilitating engaging activities to promote socialization and personal growth.
  • Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of the individuals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or HiSet.
  • Previous experience in a direct care role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
