Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Adams County Detention Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting wellness in a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions to contribute to individualized treatment planning under RN supervision.
- Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners, administer medications, and perform diagnostic tests according to established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate in controlled substance counts, adhere to safety techniques, and respond to codes or health emergencies within standard guidelines.
- Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
