Key Responsibilities:

Sorts donations into salable, salvage, and trash categories
Prices merchandise using Company baseline price guide
Keeps abreast of merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing
Transports merchandise to sales floor, stock shelves, display, and rotate merchandise
Ensures meets Company standards regarding quality and quantity of work

Requirements:

Ability to make decisions regarding the quality of items
Reliable and consistently comes to work on time and as scheduled
Must be able to lift, exert, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 100 pounds occasionally

What We Offer:

Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. Starting pay will be based on a candidate's experience, skills, and education. The pay range for this position is $15/hr-$16.00/hr
