Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients referred for speech/language pathology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients referred by physicians to assess speech and language abilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address each patient's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to ensure effective communication and progress.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance departmental efficiency and quality of care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited institution in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • 1-5 years of experience as a Speech/Language Pathologist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Eligibility for certification of clinical competence.
  • Current State Licensure in Speech Pathology and BLS certification.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
