About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dishware Attendant to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our back-of-house staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized dish area, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, adhering to company-approved cleaning techniques.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment.
• Ensure that all dish machines and chemicals are functioning properly and at optimal levels.
• Inspect and verify machine performance throughout the workday.
• Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed.

Requirements:

• You must be 16 years of age or older (unless local/state regulations apply).
• You should have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts.

Benefits and Salary
