Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of laboratory results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of physics, chemistry, and math principles.

The Chemistry Laboratory Specialist will perform sample collection and analysis, instrument calibrations, and monitor station processes. They will also provide training and oversight to other personnel as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College-level training in basic concepts of physics, chemistry, and associated math
  • Physical ability to perform essential functions of the position
  • Must meet NRC psychological testing regulations and pass a validated aptitude test
