Administrative Coordinator

At Solomon Page, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.
About the RoleThis is a temporary position operating onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting all visitors and providing exceptional customer service
- Assigning parking validations and managing conference room scheduling
- Responding to inquiries from the general public and clients, and directing telephone calls
- Reviewing and coding invoices for couriers and office supplies, and processing payments
- Managing mail and deliveries, handling FedEx shipments, and receiving coffee orders
- Leading the fire safety team, administering first aid when necessary, and handling emergency response contacts
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role. A high school diploma and proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Outlook, are also required.
Salary InformationWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
