We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team in Elizabethtown, New York. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and education to patients and their families.

About the Role

This 13-week contract position offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient health status, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.

In addition to providing direct patient care, you will also educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic health condition management. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals is essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for ongoing education and training are also essential.
