Investment Operations Specialist

Mozaic, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our investment operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of client transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and reviewing incoming client communications, executing all client transactions, and verifying the accuracy of daily cash and position reconciliations.
- Preparing, editing, and distributing specialized or complex documents.
- Completing and submitting account documents, as well as subscription agreements for limited partnership investments.
- Assisting the investment team with the distribution of client performance reports.
- Communicating with business managers, accountants, custodians, and representatives of investment firms to ensure the timely receipt of statements, cash flows, tax documents, and other financial information related to clients.
- Assisting the firm's senior team members with client onboarding and maintenance.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Performing other general company accounting, back office, and treasury operations.
Requirements:
- A four-year college degree from a reputable college or university with at least 3+ years of operational experience within wealth management, investment banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital, business insights/analytics, or a specialized financial services role.
- Impeccable organization and project management skills, with the ability to maintain and constantly update a highly detailed project list.
- Energetic and motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well under deadline pressures.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, including great spelling and proofreading skills.
- Able to take detailed notes and follow specific directions.
- Able to follow and repeat established company processes, even if they recur at irregular intervals.
- Able to consistently arrive at work on time and work a full day, even when unsupervised.
- Impeccable attention to detail in spelling and math.
- Excellent memory and ability to navigate confidently and logically through unstructured problem-solving situations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Critical and logical thinking, with the ability to think ahead and solve problems.
- Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality, with a positive and even-tempered demeanor.
- Fun to be around, but not to the point of not getting work done.
- Able to accept feedback and try to improve.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $78 thousand to $100 thousand per year total compensation (base + bonus). This is a full-time, in-office position located in Beverly Hills. We require candidates to be fully vaccinated prior to their first day of employment for the safety and well-being of all team members (certain exceptions apply).
