Trust Officer III

About the Role:
The Trust Officer III is a key member of our Private Wealth team, responsible for administering complex and high-profile personal trust, custody, and estate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a wide variety of complex/high profile and larger/more profitable personal trust, custody, and estate, investment agency, and IRA accounts.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and external advisors to define clients' requirements, including investment goals and objectives, as well as legal, tax, and specialized accounting aspects of accounts.
- Provide administration of assigned accounts in accordance with governing instruments, applicable state and federal law, and fiduciary accounting standards consistent with BOKF policy.

How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Use your knowledge of trust administration to carry out instructions for complex trusts and respond to internal and external inquiries around trust documents.
- Ensure accounts are set up appropriately and distributions are completed accurately, in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Utilize your interpersonal skills to meet business development and retention goals by developing new business through relationships with business partners, existing clients, and centers of influence.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Specialty Asset Managers, and Internal Auditors.
- Leverage your customer service skills to provide an exceptional client experience.
Education & Experience Requirements:
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related and professional certification or post-graduate degree and 6-8 years of directly related experience in trust or 12-14 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
