About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, ensuring process stability and participating in DMS meetings at the shift and line level.
  • Own technology and process expertise, including centerline settings for equipment and process, and deep technical mastery of the process and equipment.
  • Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, building capability of the team to execute themselves.
  • Build technical and maintenance skills of technicians working in shifts, enabling them to operate and maintain equipment independently.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
  • Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently, including execution of AM & PM standards.
  • Capability to lead a role for the line, qualifying and coaching next-level SWP owners, and driving common opportunity areas across the line in PDCA approach.
  • Capability to work as a line leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for members, and coaching team members on performance management and career development.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in direct supervision of engineering/maintenance/production staff in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with Union employees.
