The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Services Representative II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including front desk, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, bed control, cashier, insurance, and document imaging. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to rotate shifts periodically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk and registration duties
  • Manage scheduling and bed control
  • Provide financial counseling and insurance information
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Manage document imaging and other administrative tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
