About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Technical Product Owner to join our team at McKesson. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing technical functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, API specifications, and defining system behaviors using design and future-forward thinking with a best-in-class customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain technical requirements, user stories, and API specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system behaviors and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead PI planning sessions, requirement analysis, impact analysis, estimates, and provide key inputs to drive prioritization and support technology delivery in a timely manner.
  • Champion the needs of business teams, customers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the development process.
  • Maintain and grow a deep knowledge and functional expertise of the supported technology, including industry best practices for enterprise development and deployment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in translating business requirements to functional and non-functional technical requirements for customer-facing reporting and analytical platforms.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Tools, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake solutions across one or more industry-leading technology products.
  • Deep analytical, business analysis, data profiling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working on large-scale customer-facing applications.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years' experience as Technical Product Owner or related field required.
  • 10+ years' experience working in an agile or hybrid environment preferred.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$128,000 - $213,300
