At Workway, we are seeking a skilled Escrow Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient escrow process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining the steps necessary to transfer property title according to real estate contracts and lender instructions.
  • Preparing all closing documents to ensure title insurance is issued at closing.
  • Maintaining open communication with all parties throughout the escrow process.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Escrow Officer.
  • Minimum 1 year of HUD-1 Settlement Statement Preparation experience.
  • Familiarity with escrow software, such as RBJ, Streamline, FAST, or SoftPro.
  • An experienced Escrow Officer with a book of business.
