Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Hartzell Aerospace Welding in Eagan, MN. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate and timely inspection of parts using precision measuring tools
  • Understanding and utilizing manufacturing ERP systems
  • Following instructions, procedures, specifications, and requirements for all jobs
  • Able to complete documentation properly and accurately according to HAW Quality standards
  • Interpreting customer drawings and performing inspection for conformance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1 – 2 years' experience in a Quality position in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of basic inspection gauges, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
  • Understanding of drawings, blueprints, and basic GD&T
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
