Huntsville Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat critically ill patients. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually based on experience. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients to identify and prioritize their needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health and wellness.

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Alabama.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
