Company Overview: Harrison Gray Search & Consulting is a reputable insurance agency seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive to join our team.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage client partnerships, including onboarding new clients, handling renewals, and processing compliance alerts and updates.
  • Prepare and present client-facing materials, including claim experience reports, benchmarking, rate renewals, and plan design alternatives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, setting clear expectations and managing ongoing needs.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness when interacting with clients, insurance partners, and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hold a valid 2-15 state insurance license, as required by the State Department of Insurance.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation skills with clear verbal and written communication.
