Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes that transform rolls of raw materials into their final form prior to packaging. You will work closely with our manufacturing teams to optimize production workflows, ensure product quality, and minimize waste.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, chemistry, or materials science;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process control environment;
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
