Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at SpringHill Suites in Topeka, KS. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner, process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures.
  • Safety and Security: Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

About Us:
