- Request beepers, keys, lockers, and uniforms.
- Acknowledge review of original required documentation.
- Ensure all expiring documents are updated and current.
- Prepare and obtain signatures for annual renewal/non-renewal of contracts.
- Collect all required documents listed on the Academic Credential Checklist or recredentialed checklist.
- Prepare and submit credentialing/re-credentialing package to GME.
- Assist in arranging and executing the graduation ceremony and celebration.
- Recruit candidates for the residency program.
- Send invitations to qualified candidates.
- Serve as liaison between the candidate and the program.
- Schedule and host meetings for interviews.
- Advertise position in the journal if needed.
- Send rejection letters.
- A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counseling.
- Two years of full-time experience in medically-oriented health care and medical support systems environment, one year of which included experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity.
- A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in disciplines listed above, and three years of full-time experience, as described above, including two years of experience in an administrative or supervisory capacity.
- A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
