Senior Living Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Living Community Manager to join our team at United Church Homes.
Job SummaryThe Senior Living Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our senior living community, ensuring that residents receive exceptional care and service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Community Management: Oversee the overall management of the community, including leasing, marketing, and resident services.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management: Manage community finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents, and lease apartments to qualified applicants.
- Resident Services: Ensure that residents receive exceptional service, including addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee maintenance and repairs of the community, including hiring contractors and managing vendors.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans, and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience: Two (2) years of business office experience
- Certifications & Licenses: Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification a plus; Must have a valid driver's license
- Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, proficiency in computer software and systems, and knowledge of HUD policies and regulations.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
