Key Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with suppliers to resolve quality issues related to materials and components, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing supplier certifications, conducting audits, and utilizing problem-solving methods like 5-Why, FMEA, and Root-Cause Analysis.
  • You will lead continuous improvement projects and maintain key quality records, driving process enhancements and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality, preferably in a regulated industry such as medical devices.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with audits are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with ISO13485, ISO9001, or similar quality standards is highly valued.
  • Bonus points if you have Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.
