Salary and Benefits


We are offering a competitive salary ranging from $88,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k), continuing education credits, dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. Medical benefits also include coverage for geriatrics.



Job Description


As a senior occupational therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include therapy screening, evaluations, daily treatment sessions, billing, documentation, discharge planning, and supervision of occupational therapy assistants. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.



Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in occupational therapy, certification from NBCOT, and a state license for the state in which services are being provided. Additionally, you must possess good physical and mental health status, as the position requires walking/standing most of the day, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment. Dependability and the ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served are essential.



Work Environment


This is a full-time position working 8-hour shifts in an in-person setting. We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment where you can grow professionally and personally.



License/Certification Requirements


An Occupational Therapy License (Preferred) is required for this position.
