At Motion Recruitment, we're seeking a highly skilled Graph Data Scientist to support our AI/ML model development efforts. As part of our team, you'll work closely with our Data Scientist and Software teams to refine our graph analysis and modeling workflows for reporting and application needs.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of sophisticated graph analysis and modeling solutions using Neo4j or similar graph database management tools.
  • Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our AI/ML capabilities.
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant field (STEM).

  • At least 12 years of experience in managing and delivering complex technical products.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and related libraries.
  • Familiarity with Neo4j or similar graph database management tools.
  • Active Top Secret or DHS clearance.
