We are seeking a skilled Donor Center Technician to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.


As a Donor Center Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of plasma donations. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting pre-donation medical screenings, interacting with donors, and assessing their suitability for donation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conducts pre-donation medical screenings to ensure donor safety and quality.
  • Interacts with donors to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.
  • Assesses donor suitability and engages in set-up to ensure efficient and safe donation processes.
  • Provides feedback to ineligible donor candidates and ensures all donor screening information is complete.
  • Ensures donor confidentiality and maintains a secure and respectful environment.
