Senior Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team at Stillwater Senior Living, LLC. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

• Provide personalized care and support to our residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while encouraging residents to maintain their autonomy.
• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident-centered care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with seniors with dementia or Alzheimer's disease preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
