Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a heart for helping others and a desire to make a true difference in their community.

  • Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Tennessee Registered Nurse License.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good organization and effective communication skills.
  • Home health experience is preferred.
