Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Waterjet Operator to join our team at Triangle Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, running, and maintaining our waterjet department to produce high-quality aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate waterjet scheduling and operation to ensure efficient production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Manage inventory of relevant supplies to maintain optimal machine performance.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve machine efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Record and log readings for equipment and procedures to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of previous waterjet experience required.
  • Knowledge of programming and operating Flow waterjets.
  • Knowledge of rebuilding pumps, intensifiers, and general waterjet maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle physical workload and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use measuring tools to determine accuracy and quality of parts produced.
