Advanced Practice Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Specialist at AcuteCare Health System. This is a full-time, per diem opportunity that offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical expertise to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between care settings.
- Serve as a resource for other healthcare professionals, providing education and guidance on critical care topics and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), with a focus on Critical Care or related field.
- Current NJ RN licensure and national certification as an APRN.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care or rehabilitation setting, with a strong foundation in critical care principles and practices.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
