Job Summary: We're seeking driven individuals who love working with kids to join our collaborative therapy team as Autism Care Specialists. As an integral part of our team, you'll provide ABA therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and dedicated to helping children with autism thrive, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings
  • Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings
  • Collect data to monitor progress and provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards
  • Maintain social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Availability: Daytime Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
  • Pay: $19-$21/hour, based on experience
