Job Title: Clinical Social Worker - OB Services
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our OB Services team. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide effective clinical and medical social work services to psychosocially high-risk OB patients. Your duties will include conducting psychosocial assessments, providing diagnosis, case management, crisis interventions, behavioral medicine interventions, brief behavioral health interventions, and psychotherapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide diagnosis for high-risk OB patients
- Provide case management and crisis interventions
- Develop and implement behavioral medicine interventions and brief behavioral health interventions
- Provide psychotherapy services
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Licensed as an independent clinical social worker in the state of Vermont (LICSW)
- Experience providing psychotherapy and working in a medical setting
- Knowledge of behavioral medicine approaches to OB services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
