Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils
  • Practice food safety and sanitation
  • Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift
  • General cleaning of the restaurant
  • Pace and organization of Dish execution
  • Understand procedures for changing out water and chemicals as needed
  • Understand procedure for cleaning floors in HOH and FOH
  • Keep the floors clean and dry
  • Keep the plates and smallwares clean
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Adhere to all HOH systems and procedures as well as to all Company policies and standards
  2. Maintain and inspect food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Correct unsafe practices or conditions, notify management
  3. Maintain all HOH cleanliness and safety standards
  4. Comply with all HOH systems
  5. Fully support all Company and concept decisions and directives
  6. Display teamwork throughout the shift
  7. Ensure positive customer experience by monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of food product
  8. Follow standardized recipes, preparation, and portioning and presentation procedures
  9. Maintain organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas
  10. Adhere to proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment and notify management of items needing repair. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization for both the interior and exterior of the restaurant
  11. Minimize waste and theft by ensuring proper accounting for all product and strict recipe adherence
  12. Cross-train to other positions when opportunities are available
  13. Strict adherence to meal and rest break rules
