We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to serve as a Juvenile Court Liaison at AltaPointe Health. In this role, you will work closely with the juvenile court system to provide mental health services to children and families in need.

• Clinical Responsibilities: Conduct interviews, evaluations, and assessments to identify mental health needs of children and families referred by the juvenile court system.
• Initiate Level of Care Assessments for consumers referred to AltaPointe Health and make clinical recommendations to the courts and other referral sources.
• Participate in the local Multiple Needs Committee and act as a Case Manager for Multiple Needs Consumers and Children's Policy Council, as assigned.
• Collaborate with treatment team members and outside sources to deliver clinical services and serve as an AltaPointe representative for the Children's Services Facilitation Team, as assigned.
• Provide clinical supervision, if needed, and track clinical outcomes according to contractual agreements.

• Masters degree in a mental health discipline.
• Valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse populations.
