Primary Care Physician or Advanced Practitioner

One Medical is a primary care solution that challenges the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. As an advanced practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare to our patients.
This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, GA. We offer a competitive salary of $145,000 per year, which includes bonuses and benefits. Our salaries are commensurate with experience, and we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as 401K matching and paid time off.
Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a diverse array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
- In the past five years, practiced as an advanced practitioner for at least two years in an outpatient primary care setting or one year in an urgent care setting.
- State-licensed in GA, obtained by your One Medical start date.
- A passion for human-centered primary care.
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds.
- Effective use of technology to deliver high-quality care.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
