Our ServicesOur comprehensive suite of services includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, institutional private placement of equity and debt, equity underwriting, strategic advisory services, at-the-market offerings (ATMs), and stock buy-back programs. Our team collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for originating and preparing equity capital markets transactions, including ATM offerings, IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, and M&A advisory services. Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new issuer clients and negotiating new engagements
- Conducting due diligence analysis of investment banking clients
- Preparing ATM offerings for execution by our trading desk
To succeed in this role, candidates will require:
- An undergraduate degree in Business (Finance or Accounting)
- SIE and series 79 licenses
- At least 2 years of relevant investment banking experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with finance professionals
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and financial statements
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Positivity, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit
