About the Role

This Speech Language Pathologist position requires assessing patients' therapeutic and rehabilitative needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and monitoring progress. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, using clinical reasoning to inform your decisions, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Evaluate patients' therapeutic and rehabilitative status.
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans as needed.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing sound clinical judgment.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A degree from an accredited Speech Language Therapy program.A current and unrestricted California SLP license, or eligibility to apply.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in home health is preferred but not required.
