Your Key Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes and businesses efficiently and effectively.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all aspects of your work.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

What You'll Get:

• A competitive hourly rate of $23 per hour, paid after completing a 4-6 week training period.

During your initial 4-6 week training period, you'll earn $16 per hour. After completing training, you'll transition to being paid per house, averaging around $20 per hour. Once you've proven yourself as a top-quality cleaner, your pay will increase to $23 per hour.
