A Day in the Life

This MDR/Vigilance Specialist position will be responsible for reviewing complaint reports for accuracy, determining reportability, and submitting necessary documents to government agencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with FDA and international reporting regulations.
  • Identifying and documenting appropriate complaint categories for trend analysis.
  • Writing investigation summaries based on technical product analysis information.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with no experience in post-market surveillance, quality assurance, or regulatory experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
