Job Description

The Access Control Lead/Admin will be responsible for citizenship verification of all personnel requesting access, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the construction security office, and supporting managers and employees through various tasks related to organization and communication.

This role also involves organization and filing of confidential and time-sensitive material, as well as familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of verifying U.S. citizenship and identification documents
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • At least two (2) years of experience in administrative duties and access control
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
